Field Study yang digelar pada hari Senin, 28 Agustus 2023 ini dilaksanakan di PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia yang berada di Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam acara tersebut, mahasiswa mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang sejarah MSG, teknologi pengolahan dan pengemasannya hingga praktik uji sensoris.
